ข้อและเงื่อนไขการใช้งาน (Terms of Service)

ในการเข้าถึงและใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล Best Home (“แพลตฟอร์ม”) ถือว่าคุณตกลงที่จะผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดการใช้งานเหล่านี้และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด หากคุณไม่เห็นด้วยกับข้อกำหนดใดๆ คุณจะไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มนี้

By accessing and using the Best Home Analytics Platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

The Platform provides social media data visualization, marketing performance analytics, and reporting tools for authorized business accounts.

3. การเชื่อมต่อกับบริการภายนอก (Integration with Third-Party Services)

แพลตฟอร์มของเราใช้บริการ TikTok API ในการดึงและแสดงผลข้อมูลโซเชียลมีเดียของคุณ ในการใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มนี้ คุณตกลงที่จะผูกพันตาม ข้อกำหนดการใช้งานของ TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service) และรับทราบว่าการใช้ข้อมูล TikTok ของแพลตฟอร์มเรานั้นเป็นไปตามนโยบายสำหรับนักพัฒนาของ TikTok

Our Platform utilizes TikTok API Services to retrieve and display your social media data. By using this Platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service) and acknowledge that our Platform’s use of TikTok data is subject to TikTok’s Developer Policies.

4. ข้อผูกพันของผู้ใช้งาน (User Obligations)

คุณตกลงที่จะใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายเท่านั้น และจะไม่พยายามทำการดัดแปลง แก้ไข หรือรบกวนการทำงานของแพลตฟอร์ม รวมถึงไม่นำข้อมูลที่ได้รับไปใช้ในกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมาย

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the integrity of the Platform, nor use the data retrieved for any unauthorized or illegal activities.

5. การจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ (Limitation of Liability)

แพลตฟอร์มและเจ้าของ (บริษัท เรืองอนันต์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด) จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้งานหรือการไม่สามารถใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มได้ รวมถึงความคลาดเคลื่อนของข้อมูลที่เกิดจากการหยุดชะงักของบริการ API ภายนอก

The Platform and its owners (Ruanganan Corporation Limited) shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform, including data inaccuracies caused by third-party API interruptions.
